Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched between 1 to 3 working days.

Tracking updates will be sent via text message and/or email to the contact details provided at the time of purchase/registration. In case of issues with deliveries, please get in touch with us within 3 calendar days of the relevant tracking update sent, as courier companies often do not entertain claims after this period.

The information provided at the time of purchase/registration will be considered the final shipping address for delivery/pickup of the Product, unless specific instructions to the contrary are communicated by Buyer to Dolce Vee and Dolce Vee has conveyed its acceptance of the communication to the Buyer before the purchase or dispatch is made.

It is recommended that the Buyer takes videos of opening packagings and showing the condition of the Products in a single video along with the package opening, as courier companies often require this to consider any loss/damage claims.

In all cases, DolceVee, in its discretion, engages various reliable and reputed couriers to pack, handle and deliver the products. Nevertheless, in the event of loss or damage to the product of any nature whatsoever while in transit, the couriers do not guarantee a refund for the lost or damaged products, so we are unable to pass this guarantee on to you. The Buyer acknowledges and confirms that Dolce Vee is not liable for any such loss or damage and the Buyer shall not claim any sum whatsoever from Dolce Vee whether by way of costs, losses or damages as the same is entirely independent from the original contract between Dolce Vee and the Buyer.

Please ensure you submit your complete and accurate delivery and contact details, as we cannot be liable in case of any loss due to incomplete, incorrect and inaccessible addresses, email addresses and phone numbers that you submit. If we email you to clarify your address in case it appears incomplete, please respond within 3 calendar days to prevent further delays. If delivery cannot be completed due to your non-response, or due to your delivery or contact details being incorrect or inaccessible, we will refund your order and deduct the applicable shipping and payment gateway fees charges from your refund.

Products exported from India will be done in compliance with the export and foreign exchange laws of the country. Similarly, when importing works into a country, it is the Buyer’s responsibility to check on any import restrictions or applicable duties before confirming a shipping location. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to be aware of all import and export regulations and obtain and necessary licenses or permissions.
