Returns and Exchanges

If a product is eligible for return/exchange, this will be mentioned on the respective product page. A nominal Rs 40 restocking fee will be applied for each product returned/exchanged, to ensure we can keep the selling prices of our products as low as possible. However, if there is any issue with the product received being not as depicted, the restocking fee will be waived upon inspection and confirmation of the product once it is returned.

International orders cannot be exchanged/returned.

Return/exchange requests must be raised within the specified time period through the "My Account" section of the website. Do ensure the product is returned in the same condition it was received, including all tags in tact, for the return/exchnage to be processed. If any shipping fees are applied separately to your order during checkout, such shipping fees are not part of the refund amount.

Refunds will be made to the same payment mode through which payments were received. If the User’s bank does not support processing refunds, the User must share alternative bank account details within 5 days of being notified about the original bank’s failure to process the refund. In case of cash on delivery transactions, refunds will be processed through a demand draft or electronic transfer.

For claims related to issues with the product received, please submit a continuous video of the unsealing of your package showing the issue with your product. We also recommend taking a video of your packing the returned product in its proper condition and handing it over to the courier pickup person, as courier companies require this for claims related to uncollected and damaged products.

The courier representative may contact you to collect the product, and will make two pick-up attempts. If you are not contactable, the courier partner may be unable to make further pick-up attempts and your return stands cancelled. So please remain available on the phone number used for your shipping address to coordinate pickup, and have the pickup address accessible! We engage leading and mainstream courier companies, but as their specific services and delivery agents remain beyond our control, if your return is not picked up within five days of the pickup request being raised, you would need to arrange for a separate courier to dispatch the items to us at the return address mentioned on the delivery label within this time.

If your order delivery fails due to your address or contact details not being accessible, or due to shipment cancellation instructions provided by you to the courier company, then in case your package is returned to us the associated two-way courier costs will be deducted from your refund as this amount is charged by the courier company.

If your return rate is over fifty percent, you may be notified via email about a separate return processing fee for all subsequent orders. This is done in exceptional cases as the return courier cost is not included in the price of the product in good faith, and we strive to sell you products at the lowest price possible.
